We are looking for makers, engineers, artists, roboticists, open source developers, student teams, and hobbyists. Anyone with cool stuff to share.

View Past ExhibitorsApplicants must be over 18 years old. Under 18? Convince a parent or guardian to apply on your behalf and run the booth.
You must be available to set up your booth the day before the event opens to the public.
Ensure your booth is staffed at all times during event hours — July 18th & 19th from 8 AM to 6 PM.
Applications close May 12, 2026. Don't wait! Apply as soon as possible.
You will be notified by May 16th via email if your application is approved or rejected. Most decisions will be released within 30 days of submission.
The standard booth size is 8 feet by 8 feet. If your project is larger, let us know in your application, and we will try to accommodate.
No! However, provide as many details as possible. Show how you will complete your project and give us a timeline so we have confidence it'll be ready.
Typical booths are run by 2 to 4 people. If your booth requires 6 or more, let us know in your application.
No. If approved, you'll receive a free exhibitor pass with full access for the entire weekend, including early entry and the Friday night preview party.
Yes! Don't wait until the May 12th deadline. Apply as soon as you're ready — early applications get reviewed first.
